Best lakefront restaurant in Bolsena. Excellent location, in a calm, relaxed setting. Inside and outside seatings. Delicious and varied menu, staff is very professional and attentive. Excellent choice at lunch, as well. Will come back

Wonderful spot for excellent and casual dining right on the crater lake. Service is friendly and accommodating to English speakers. The view of the lake from the canvas covered shoreside patio and the interesting menu are an experience not to be missed.

My partner had the beef tartare and reported it was incredible.
We also had spaghetti pomodoro which was delightful. But the star of the show was the meat. The grilled Iberian secreto with "burnt" artichoke oil, served with chard was amazing!
And finally we shared a cannoli that was unlike any we’ve ever had. The crisp and thin cookie part perfectly paired with the smooth creamy part. It was like a lighter, fluffier version of cannoli.

"Veggie burgers to die for." - Uncle David. Also excellent service, and very good food in general. Great views and atmosphere, and I loved the lamp shades.

Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful view of the lake. Almost all dishes can be made gluten free, including the fried fish and the tiramisu. We were lucky to get a table without a reservation on Saturday night, because they were fully booked.

The menu is full of creative recipes: a true culinary experience between tradition and innovation. Wine selection is simply excellent, probably among the best selection you can find in this area. The owner is also a great sommelier who is always happy to present the high-quality wine offer.

With a party of 10, we had dinner on September 03 2021. The food was delicious and the service cordial and attentive. We loved the atmosphere. Vegetarian options (as main course) are limited, but the vegetarian pasta dish I had was delicious.
